Start with the property and the real scope
A suitable project may be a defined kitchen, bathroom or loft renovation, a wider home refurbishment, structural alteration, extension or more complex multi-trade programme. Fit is assessed from the actual property, scope, decision-making route and timing.
Where designers, engineers or specialist trades are required, their appointment and responsibility are confirmed for the individual project. ASAAN does not imply that every professional discipline is in-house.
Repair-only, handyman and small cosmetic work are not the right fit. No invented public minimum budget is used to qualify enquiries.
