The right approach depends on what is being retained, what is changing and which approvals or specialist surveys are needed. We review the property and brief before defining the work, sequence and responsibilities. That prevents a renovation from becoming a disconnected list of trades.
What the work can include
Projects may include strip-out and preparation, carpentry, decorating, plumbing, electrical work, ventilation or air-conditioning coordination, kitchens, bathrooms, tiling, marble restoration, bespoke joinery and final snagging. Structural and design specialists are coordinated where the scope requires them; their role must be stated accurately in the project proposal.

Can ASAAN renovate part of a home?
Yes, where the kitchen, bathroom, loft or other defined scope is substantial enough to benefit from coordinated delivery. We assess fit from the property, scope and timing rather than publishing an invented minimum budget.
Can ASAAN coordinate design and specialist input?
Yes. ASAAN can coordinate the relevant designers, engineers and specialist trades where required. The appointment and responsibility of each party are confirmed for the individual project.
Do you work on occupied or managed properties?
Potentially. Access, protection, working hours, building-management requirements and sequencing are assessed before the programme is agreed.
