A complete interior renovation within a distinguished Belgravia mansion block, centred on two fully rebuilt marble bathrooms, a quietly sophisticated kitchen, and detailing carried through with hotel-suite restraint rather than display.
The Project
Precision behind every finished surface
The apartment sits within one of Belgravia's established mansion blocks, approached through a formal entrance and private courtyard garden. ASAAN was appointed to deliver a full interior renovation with the emphasis on control: crisp detailing, durable technical preparation, and a finish level that feels calm rather than overstated.
The principal work centred on two bathrooms rebuilt from first principles. Waterproofing, concealed Geberit frames, slab marble installation, recessed niches, frameless glazing, dark timber vanity joinery, and carefully aligned brassware all had to be sequenced properly long before the final surfaces went in.
The kitchen was completed in the same spirit. Handleless units, integrated appliances, smoked glass, engineered oak flooring, and recessed lighting were brought together with smart home controls so the apartment reads as one coherent fit-out rather than a collection of separate rooms.
