Design and build coordination
One coordinated route from renovation brief to handover
A renovation moves more reliably when the brief, design information, approvals, procurement and construction sequence are connected. ASAAN provides a single coordination route for suitable projects while making each professional and trade responsibility clear.
Clear responsibility, not vague ‘full service’ claims
At the outset, the project record should state who owns the design, which consultants are appointed, what ASAAN delivers directly, which specialists are coordinated and how decisions are approved. This avoids implying every discipline is in-house.
Programme and change control
The agreed scope, sequence and approvals are recorded before work progresses. Changes should be identified, priced and authorised through the project process rather than absorbed into informal site instructions.
Handover
Completion includes inspection, snagging and the agreed project information. Exact warranties, certificates and defects arrangements depend on the contract and must not be standardised in public copy without evidence.
